Contract Work Terms

The terms of Branor Systems are mainly contract work at a negotiable rate per hour plus outsourced services and equipment.

A typical start of contract will consist of a preliminary meeting to discuss expected development times and ancillary costs.

Once the overall profile has been agreed on work will commence at the agreed rates.

The location of work carried out can be at the employers location or at Branor Systems whichever is appropriate.

All development carried out will become the intellectual property of the employer once payment is complete.

If further development or support is require then it may be necessary to retain previously developed test or prototype equipment to realise this.
